Simona is an Executive Director within the EMEA and Asia Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.As a Senior Market Strategist, she is responsible for delivering critical macro, markets and geopolitical insights to help clients navigate dynamic markets. Alongside her role as Senior Market Strategist, Simona leads the SAS team’s efforts with EMEA Strategic Partnerships.Simona has over 15 years of experience as a markets economist. Prior to joining the firm, Simona worked at ETF Securities, where she focused on commodity research, and later at Capital Economics, where she helped develop the firm’s view of equities, bonds and currencies.Simona earned her BSc and MSc degrees in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan). She also received an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School
